Worked well on my smoker
This worked great to plug the thermometer hole on my smoker. I used to have 2 thermometers in my smoker and really only needed 1 so I got this plug kit and it worked perfectly for the 13/16 inch hole that Tel Tru thermometers use. My smoker is 1/4" thick steel and with an o-ring this plug fits perfectly. The smoke chamber never gets hotter than 325 degrees so the rubber o-ring holds up. The kit includes 2 plugs, 4 rubber o's -Rings and 2 nylon O-rings so you have extra parts.
