I love how easy it is for my team to get started with! It's very intuitive and well thought out. The support has been great too - they are always willing to help when we have questions about our account. There isn't much that I dislike at this point. Just make sure you understand all features before signing up because there isn't anything in particular that could be improved upon. We haven't found any issues yet so far but if we do then we'll let them know immediately. This tool allows us to easily find new keywords without having to spend hours manually entering data into tools like Google Keyword Planner.
