First born is really good at creating campaigns for our clients! They are always willing to help with any questions or concerns we have as they keep us in mind when developing each campaign. The team has been great about keeping it simple - no bells-and whistles but just getting out there information across effectively so people understand what you're trying to accomplish through your social media presence (beyond sales). I think some of their earlier work was more complicated than necessary which led me into thinking this would be an issue going forward given my limited time/resources available now compared to years ago however once again everything else seems perfect thus far.
