Don't expect a 1 3/4" wide key fob to fit in a 1" wide slot if you know what I mean. The silicone ripped almost immediately, even when I was sensitive. As for functionality, I bought this cover on purpose because I accidentally either started the car remotely or returned to it with the back door open! (similar to counter dialing, but with key fob buttons) Very annoying. This has never happened to me since I received this case! For those wondering, the cutout is big enough to reach your physical key (and for those who didn't know, yes you do have a physical key in your fob, just pull the slider and press the underside, but it is not a replacement , no, your key fob does not work).
