The team that supports us in our organization is always available for questions. They are very helpful with any queries or concerns we have regarding our system. It took them a little time to understand our requirement but once they got their heads around it, things went smoothly. I would not say there was anything that we disliked about the service provided by the team. Sometimes it gets quite slow at times. We do not mind this as long as we get our required work done. This has been one of the best services that we have received from any vendor. The main benefit that we obtained is proper storage of data. I like that they are always attentive to our needs and provide excellent customer service. They have been responsive in all of their work with us over many years. The only issue we've had has been some difficulty getting them to move faster than normal for an upgrade project. We use it primarily as a data warehouse tool but also do other things such as reporting. It's helped us better understand how customers interact with different products.
