These should be transition lenses. This means they go from light to dark indoors and go outside in the sun. When I received them and took them out of the cloth bag, they were already dark. I took her outside, then inside, but it's the same. It's like they're just permanently tinted lenses. Article: WL073-TR, color: transition to that on the packaging. But maybe the wrong lenses were packed. Otherwise this is a great pair of lenses. I previously bought a clear one for the room and it fits and looks good. Just disappointed that these transitions don't work. The seller informed me that these "transitions" change color from light gray to dark gray when exposed to direct sunlight. I just assumed it was a clear to dark transition, like real glasses. So they really work. Just don't expect it to be a clear lens that changes to a darker hue like I intended. Otherwise these lenses work great.
