We wanted a raincoat that would cover the dog's belly. This is a good looking and well made product. Good enough for a small child. We carefully measured our dog and the jacket fit. However, once the zipper was closed, the dog couldn't walk properly and kept falling (funny to watch but probably not meant to be laughed at). Our dog has a long body and small short legs. This could be a problem. It's easier to get the jacket back than to give him longer legs. Either way, it's difficult to know if a jacket is right for your dog without a test drive.
