It's warm and roomy
I have a Manchester Chihuahua mix [neck 13, girth 16, length 14] and I took the medium size because the length is to the tail and there is enough room in the girth to wear a heavier sweatshirt hooded sweatshirt I just wish the sleeves were a little longer and the hood could be pulled up around the face and neck in the cold wind otherwise that was all I wanted for her and most of all she loves it .
