Review on 🔒 14mm Oxford Unisex-Adult BOSS Alarm Disc Lock, Model OF3 by Collin Jackson

We bought a lock for a motorcycle and after using the lock 3 times in a covered garage it would not open. After calling tech support we were advised to buy oil and WD-40 as the new lock got dirty, used 3 times and was never used outside the garage. Another issue is that the key is very flimsy and looks like you're bending it when you lock/unlock it. The key must be made of a thicker material. After several attempts, as recommended by support, the lock would not open, knocked, smeared with oil, shook. And all this with a constant alarm. Not satisfied, we rested for a few minutes and my daughter took over, dousing the lock with oil, eventually opening it. When inspecting the lock, the shackle must be rocked back and forth to move in and out of the lock case. The product has obvious compatibility issues that need to be addressed and cannot be used reliably when motorcycling requires oil and WD-40 to be carried. Please refund the full amount to my CC and I will report my company's CC purchase so I don't get stuck on the cost as my CC is due in 5 days. Please do not contact me as we have replaced the lock with a non-stick lock that requires no oil to open. Very disappointed as we liked the features of the lock. But you can't ride a motorcycle if you can't remove the lock. What is the main purpose of a motorcycle?
