Let this one down

I'm a fan of Ringke cases and have used them on my last three phones. I ordered a Samsung Z Flip 3 and saw that Ringke had a case and ordered it straight away. When the phone arrived I installed it straight away. This case just seems cheaper than previous cases I've used. Although I didn't drop the device, it has a crack on one side, right where the SIM card is inserted. I honestly didn't pay attention to whether there was a tear when I received the case. I don't see this as adequate protection if I actually drop the device.
