I like that we are able to create apps for our customers without having any coding experience or knowledge of programming languages (like Java).

It's easy enough so even my coworkers who don't know how to code can learn it! Also really helpful if you're not sure what your customer wants exactly because they have all these different options with many features each and every one has their own benefits/drawbacks. You definitely need some technical background but once you get into creating things yourself using this platform there isn't much else needed other than just getting used to doing everything manually instead of clicking buttons. We've been solving problems by making mobile applications since 2016 when Apple released iOS 10 SDKs allowing us to build natively through Xcode rather then building webapps as most people use now days.
