I LOVE this skirt! However, I had to return it, which made me very angry. The skirt is very fluffy and of excellent quality, mine had four layers of tulle which I thought were only three but it is too much for my small 5ft 1in figure. She was consumed by all the fluff. .I usually wear a size 8 Petite, I ordered large and the waist was a little tight but stretchy. If you are a tall person this skirt will look great on you! Tip: The belt won't stay on the waist since satin is very slippery, so a few stitches should keep it in place.
