After figuring out the price of the consumables needed to repair my Note 9's cracked, bent edge, I saw that I could get the Note 10+ for little more than a replacement screen for my phone . I think if I paid full price for this thing I'd be pissed because it's not that big a leap forward from the Note 9. However, at less than $450, it's more reasonable for what you're getting. Migration between Samsung phones is now insanely easy. Everything is transferred, preserving all your settings and information. Like I just took my old phone and slapped it on the arm. 256 GB of internal memory is good, Samsung no longer offers it and charges more for it. The screen is what you would expect from a Samsung phone. The cameras are adequate, it doesn't feel like a huge step up from the Note 9 other than the macro lens is much better. Battery usage seems to be a little higher, both phones have a 10,000mAh Lemon Zero car battery case and the Note 9 lasts longer when running on an external battery, typically 3/4 at the end of the day during this one Note 10+ will be about double less. I think the Note 10+ uses more power when it thinks it's plugged in, which mimics a battery case. Now my complaints about this phone are minimal. The center punch camera is terrible, I've been using it for a week and still can't get used to that black hole at the top of the screen. There is no longer a notification light option to replace the notification LED. And there's no headphone jack, but over time I've stopped using wired headphones with my phones. When I want to listen to music on the go, I turned my old LG V20 into a FLAC player. All in all, this is a great device. Get a case to protect that fragile curved edge.
