EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Below is my previous review. I want to change the stars to 4. Customer service at this company is at the highest possible level. After returning the "bad" one, I was contacted and offered a new, slightly more expensive, digital one. They asked me what to set the timer to and they set it for me and everyone! Then they sent me for their money. It works! So happy! I will recommend this company for the SURE. I'm a little embarrassed to write this review. After all the troubleshooting, none of the timers in this pack are working properly. I come back. You get what you pay for and they my friend were very cheap. I do not recommend buying this product. I had to trust all the bad reviews.
