Good devices (I have two) one in my garden and another in the front entrance. I find them particularly practical as they allow for setting up a time-lapse when operating in a photocell mode. As these are outdoor timers to protect them from the elements I would recommend greasing the plug receptacles with an approved lubricant for electrical connections. Too, I would suggest covering them up during heavy snow falls or installing them high above ground, instead of using the provided stakes.

I did not have any issues with rusted insides that others have reviewed. I'm guessing those were ones used for a season and returned. We bought for Christmas lights. Ours are set up by the house so they don't catch a lot of direct rain as they set under the eves. If they were in the middle of the yard, I would probably find a small plastic bucket to put over them to shelter the plugs from the rain. Good product, you only have to run one power cord to run your Holiday Lights, plus a remote, on & off from inside the house.

This worked well for my needs. I love the remote feature that includes a timer in addition to the standard on/off. I originally purchased this for Christmas decorations, but decided not to pack it away as I have found it useful in other areas as well. I will definitely be purchasing at least 1 more.

I have it to turn my patio lights on and off. I use the turn on at dusk mode and use the timer to shut them off after 2 hours. Works perfectly.

Right out of the box set up. So convenient for Christmas lights. Lights are on/off with the press of a button. Will purchase another one.

i love this product.it has worked perfectly all charistmas season including through rain.i did not cover it and it never shorted.i love the remote control.this is controlling my inflatables.

I only gave four of five stars, I can't attest to longevity/weatherproofing because I plan to unplug it once the snow falls. I've enjoyed using this during the warmer months on the outside water fountains that I purchased at a big box store. I love being able to use the remote from inside different rooms within my home, it has great range.

Really like these. It is mid October 2021 now and I bought two of these late November 2018. Have been using them outdoors year round here in the Pacific Northwest, with lots of rain and they've been buried in snow a few times. Works great. Only issue I have is they stay off if you lose power, so you have to set them to your desired setting to get the working again. But for the price and performance I still think they get five stars.

Have all my outdoor string lights and fountain connected to this and it’s handy to be able to not have to go unplug it manually. The remote works great, even from inside sndnfrom the opposite end of the house.

Love it, does the trick I needed an outside outlet for my a.m workout, music! I have an outlet but it's across the yard, I just got a long our door extension cord, wala!

Love this timer, I have my landscaping lights hooked up to this and love the on at dusk feature, so nice not worrying about changing the timer when the seasons change, and the remote control is nice too.

Allows me to operate and monitor a utility pump to drain window well from inside the house during a rain storm without having to venture outside to operate.

The remote works well and it has good functions to use (sensor, timer etc) that really helps have light when you need it Thanks for attention.

I love my staked timer. Its relieving to come home in the evening and be able to see my yard instead of having to use a flashlight to get to the light switch! I almost bought the next model up but this one was enough to serve well.

I like how I can turn it off when it’s raining and back on when the rain stops. I have three fountains and having them hooked up to this makes it so much easier for me. I don’t use the timer part but I’m sure it would be nice if that’s how you wanted to use it.

Plug in and forget.I uses this on my outdoor water fountain, it was always a pain to go to the fountain and plug it in or un plug it at the end of the day.Now I can do it by remote control from the porch.

Love this timer. We use it for our above ground pool and it works great. I love the remote control. I can turn my pool on and off from inside my house from the bathroom window. Great product so far

This yard stake works as advertised and it’s perfect! I have it set to turn on outdoor lights at 7 pm and I think they stay on for 6 hours. Love it.
