Great item best in my review

Allows me to operate and monitor a utility pump to drain window well from inside the house during a rain storm without having to venture outside to operate.

Pros

We use it for our patio lights and it has been great.

Cons

May require frequent battery replacements

I''ve usee this to connect a small pump in my pond for 2 years. The remote has to be 100ft away and this works flawlessly.
