Review on Word Pigeon by Robert Espinoza

I like that it's easy to use, has tons of features & options for customization. It also allows me to integrate with other software (like Salesforce) without having too much setup time or hassle. The support team at word pigeon are very helpful as well - they're always quick to respond when there is an issue/question about their product. Nothing really comes across in my mind right now but if you want something simple then this might be what your looking for. We've been able to streamline our customer service process by using WP instead of emailing customers directly from within sales force which saves us so many hours each week compared to doing all things manually through emails etc.
