Light bulbs are good quality. Indeed, you can slightly adjust the light by scrolling, but for me it looks rather primitive on Alfa Romeo 147. I read that many have a clear border of light, I don’t have it, the light is scattered, but I think that it depends much more on the structure of the headlight, not from a light bulb. I am very satisfied with the purchase, pleasantly surprised by the quality, and especially the result after installation. They shine excellently, not, of course, like modern cars with lenses, but very worthy for a 15-year-old car) Moreover, when driving along an unlit highway, I didn’t see the roadway at all at my own peril and risk with my new ordinary light bulbs 55 watts, contrast came out) This is me describing the result of the installation on the dipped beam. In the end, I'm satisfied and recommend to buy! 👍
