I just got it in the mail and I really like it. My daughter is 2T and probably weighs 23-24 lbs. It is lightweight and made from 95% cotton and 5% polyester. I haven't washed it yet. I usually turn shirts inside out when washing to protect the design on the front, but only the gold pumpkins and dots on the sleeve get glued on if that makes sense lol. I also love the ruffles on the sleeves. It's definitely white, not off-white. This shirt is used for autumn photos. Fast delivery and great material. I also bought this other pumpkin shirt because it was too cute! I would buy from this seller again. ❤️
