Poor efficiency/fuel economy, acceleration fluctuations and dips

2011 Ford F150 Lariat 5.0L V8 - 290 0001) Harsh acceleration, engine judder at higher rpm and drop in power to max rpm2) Fuel economy seemed around even in comparison to original Ford coils with almost 300,000 miles on them 3) Had sudden cylinder misfires while driving 4) Switched to NGK and got an exponential improvement in fuel economy and I'm guessing it will last another 300,000 miles not just 7,000 miles like before
