Absolutely thrilled and relieved to finally find a filter that works in my Samsung Fridge with out having to take a razor knife and/or Dremel tool to it. If you are one of the throng of Samsung fridge owners who discovered that Samsung changed their filter design without bothering to make sure the replacement filters could actually be installed, here is the solution. I have been cringing every time the "change filter" light came on because I had to modify the "correct" (ha ha) filter to install it and I was always afraid of a leak or blowout. I had filters that cracked probably due to having to torque too hard to install them. If you are tired of having to trim off tabs to make your expensive refrigerator's filtering system work, buy this one. Very thankful for Icepure restoring simplicity to a what should be a simple maintenance task.
