Review on 12-Inch Perforated Pizza Pan: Bake Perfect Crispy Pizza With Beasea'S Heavy-Duty Aluminum Bakeware by Tony Pierce

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Description of size if a bit off.

If you are planning on making a 12 inch pizza, with the pizza diameter actually being 12 inches, this will not work. The sides are so tall that the actually inside diameter that you put your sauce on and toppings is only 10 inches. FYI, we measures with a ruler. I was doing a charity event at my church, and they asked me to make 2012 inch pizzas. These cooked to the size of 10 inches. I have two old 12 inch pizza pans that work perfectly, but I was hoping to expedite the process, by adding two more to my pizza pan collection. Sadly, these were not the same size.

Pros
  • Silver
Cons
  • The pan may not be able to handle repeated use over time, resulting in wear and tear

Great product but we have a commercial grade oven and the 18’ was too large. We never thought to check it or measure. Had to return for 16’.
