Very nice and good customer service

What I have now is actually the second DVD/VCR set. The first arrived damaged in the mail. However, the return policy worked great and I got a new one very quickly, which has been working great for a year. It does everything I could hope for (except multinational play) and is very good. In addition, it is quite quiet and adaptable. Like it a lot.
