This work chair wasn't difficult to assemble as I have assembled quite a few over the past few years. It's attractive and well done. I've been looking for excellent service for years. It took me a few days to get used to "sitting" in the chair, but I found it extremely comfortable. Much better than my previous work chair which did not have lumbar support. I liked the folding arms so I could hold them in a position that was comfortable for me, whether it was up or down. The assembly instructions did not contain any information on all the levers and the adjustment knob. Unfortunately, ten days after I started using this work chair, it started creaking and groaning (the sort of noise associated with a spring) - and way too loud. ! This noise persisted, and no matter what I tried according to the settings, it didn't reduce that totally annoying rumble when I sat in my chair (and no, I'm not obese!). I've tried emailing, then calling (but was told to use their email address), then emailing again, to no avail. Customer service is of course NOT available at Flash Furniture! My last resort was to bring this issue to Revane and was told (and helped) to return this chair (which I have). I cannot recommend any Flash Furniture products at this time. And definitely NOT a work/office chair!
