Review on FREE SOLDIER Outdoor Repellent Softshell Outdoor Recreation in Climbing by Russ Montgomery

I bought these because I needed quality hiking pants for the winter months. I follow every uncharted path I can find, so I often have to climb uneven rocks and walk through dense thickets. The lining is thick and I haven't had any tears yet. I've even ridden these snowboards in the Alps (FYI black diamonds in Austria are NOT the same as black diamonds in Korea!) and they've held up great. The water resistance kept me dry even though I was face down the mountain most of the time. Only problem is the zippers are tiny. They offer the quality you would expect from YKK zips, but a slightly larger zip would have been nice. You cannot use them when wearing gloves.
