Decoration Only

If you want a handguard without the support or security of functional handguards then buy these great value POS. In order not to move by hand I had to cut a piece of garden hose to wind up the pole and used the largest plastic inserts. These plastic inserts are hard and slippery. Also, the hex heads began to peel off when tightening and loosening for adjustment. I think they're made from cream cheese or something similarly soft. A slow rollover to the left shifted the forearm to the top of the fork. A little more power and it would do real damage. Luckily the clutch lever wasn't damaged, but it was impossible to fix until we got home. Thus, a good punch moved the forearm down and didn't interfere with lever chafing. General Benefits: - Decorative, makes your bike look cool - That's it. Cons: - Inner bracket pivots left/right, allowing the skid to move inward with any lateral effort - Cream cheese fasteners/screws - Actual packaging seems pretty solid, but considering the rest of the Parts does not rely on it - Road - May damage your bike and you in the event of a crash or crash - Will not fit/sit without a mod and additional stem spacers

Pros
  • Easy to Install
Cons
  • Not the Best
