Generally ok, suitable for universal fit. The quality is typical Chinese junk, but for $30 they work. The supplied hardware is absolute junk. Clamps are marginal and the aluminum frames have an odd curvature that doesn't match the ends of the handlebars. I had to put mine in a vise to bend and straighten them and I still couldn't get them accurate but close enough. You'll probably have to bend them a bit to align the screws on the ends of the bar.
