Once installed these guards look sharp. I had no problem attaching the clutch side (left) and didn't have to do much adjustment to attach it. The Hawk 250 requires smaller plastic inserts (included in handguard kit) to fit smaller diameter handlebars. On the throttle side, however, I had to leave the end that goes into the handlebars slack. The end of the skid plate is secured into the handlebars with a split ring, so it snaps into place like a vise when you tighten the bolt. . These handrails are definitely versatile and will fit many types of ATVs. The parts are of good quality and the guards are strong once installed. After installation, you can easily adjust the position of the clutch and brake levers so that the levers can be easily pulled out of your forearm. Great product at a great price.
