I am caring for an elderly woman who has many health problems. She finds it difficult to wash her hair. We usually do this in the kitchen sink and it needs to lean forward. She has back problems and bending over has become a problem. I decided to buy this product and try it. This is not an ideal design. It's very comfortable around the head, but she could tolerate it. She's still a little wet but I think using more towels would have helped. You need to make sure the floor is in the sink so water gets into the sink and not onto the countertop. This allowed me to get her to sit in the walker with her back to the sink and wash her hair without leaning forward or backward. Again, it's not a perfect design, but it's definitely doable and works better than anything we've tried before.
