I bought this for my mother who is wheelchair bound and living alone at 80 years old. The first time we used it, the water ended up outside the sink. However, the second time we used this product, we put my mom on a different sink, made sure the funnel was installed in the sink, and it worked great! This product has enabled me to wash my mom's hair regularly which is AWESOME!
