I've only been using it for two days; but it produces no warm mist at all. On a warm setting, the fog output is just as cool (perhaps even colder) than on a cold setting. After more than 8 hours of operation in a medium-sized bedroom (much smaller than the area listed in the coverage area description), the humidity in the room only dropped from 31% to 33%. Very disappointing performance for an $80+ product. UPDATE 12/05/2021: Support contacted me quickly after I posted my review to see what they could do to fix the issues. You have sent a new block (not arrived yet). They seemed genuinely interested in solving problems. Once a replacement arrives and I test it, I'll update again. I leave feedback as 2 stars for the product and will update as needed based on a replacement; but wanted to mention customer service.
