Review on 🔧 SHURFLO (94-236-08) Head Assembly: Efficient and Reliable Pump Component by Fernando Marshall

The pump head on my old pump had frozen and the housing was cracked. This is easy to install and is attached to the pump motor with 3 mounting screws. A small wrench for the hose fittings and a #2 Phillips screwdriver are all you need to replace the pump. Total time was less than 10 minutes. Simply disconnect the piping, disconnect the 2 wires connecting to the pressure switch on the back of the housing and unscrew the 3 screws holding it to the motor housing. Attach the screws, tubing, and two wires to the small spade lugs (easy to make, but they're small and hard to see in tight spaces). It remains only to make sure that the pump works at the right pressure. There is a screw that regulates the maximum pressure, which not only clearly states that it is an adjustment screw, but also in which direction to turn it, to increase or decrease the pressure. I fixed my $180 pump for less than $60 to love the new performance.
