A little warm at best.
Bought as additional heating for my car. Not happy, the heating element is slightly warm at best. This winter, Michigan won't thaw the window. I'm considering returning it, but it's not a bad little fan, although just using it as a fan is expensive. I guess I just need to shake things up and buy a little friendship heater π
