Good news and bad news. Firstly, if you have the latest HP printer that requires a sensor chip in the cartridge, you need to make sure you order it. I ordered six and four came without a chip meaning they wouldn't work. The good news is that the provider is extremely responsive. I called their tech support and the rep said they would ship four new chip cartridges the same day for free. This is first-class service, which immediately convinced me. I will update this review once the new cartridges arrive and are installed.
