I think it's good value for XL printer cartridges which are becoming harder and harder to find for older printers. I would recommend it.

Despite cheaper alternatives, I decided to use HP inks for a number of years. Always reliable, clean print results and fast delivery. It's just not worth it (even occasionally) to mess up the printhead with cheaper ink.

This is one of four inks used for color copying and color photos. In combination with the other three it works very well. As I've mentioned in other HP ink tests, the inks are reliable and odorless. It's easy to get spoiled and wonder if you can cut costs by buying spares or cheaper brands; I tried it and now I'm back to HP inks and have no regrets. Good news and bad news. Firstly, if you have the latest HP printer that requires a sensor chip in the cartridge, you need to make sure you order it. I ordered six and four came without a chip meaning they wouldn't work. The good news is that the provider is extremely responsive. I called their tech support and the rep said they would ship four new chip cartridges the same day for free. This is first-class service, which immediately convinced me. This is a used cartridge that has been refilled. Someone has gone to great lengths to make it look new and original, apart from the piece of tape that attached the little orange handle to the cartridge. When I installed it, the machine also told me that it was previously used. Surprised to get this from Revain - not their usual standard :) I've bought 6 - if the next one is in the same condition I'll be returning everything and hesitate to buy ink here again.

Given the price of this product, I am not entirely satisfied with its performance. Some cartridges are not ready to use "out of the box" and give an error. The print quality is good enough if you can get the printer to recognize it as genuine.

HP offers the best inks for its printers. Never had a problem with HP inks, when I had problems with inks they usually replaced them. I did not receive the last HP inks I ordered, so I cannot comment on this order. Once I have it I can give a more accurate review. I would always recommend HP inks for my printers.
