Color differs from image or description

I ordered these straps because they are dark green in the photo and the description says "no bright colors". I need them to match the garden I'm using them for. They have arrived and are ELECTRIC GREEN and there is no way to contact Amazon to ask about dark ones. Very annoying. Also, one of the packages has already been opened, used and repackaged. You are dirty!
