Not bitter compared to good things. was able to place a dry 1/2 teaspoon on my tongue with minimal bad aftertaste compared to the Bio Nutricia brand which made my eyes water on a tiny breath. This material is also very lumpy compared to organic nutrition, making it inconvenient to manually load into softgels. My advice: stay away.
