Review on Maxohire by Justin Sherman

I like that it allows me as an employer/recruiter access from various devices - mobile phones / iPads etc., so there's no need constantly being at my desktop computer with internet connection! It can be quite confusing when you're new though because not everything has been translated into English yet but they are working hard towards this now too :) Have started using only through their website version rather than downloading apps; however still find some useful features missing such as direct messaging between candidates & employers via chat function within platform itself instead needing 3rd party software installed firstly then logging onto your account afterwards!!
