I have been able to get my schedule out ahead of time so there are no surprises when they come into the office. It has also helped me keep track of how many hours each provider spends at work and how much money we make per month. We can now easily compare our revenue vs expenses. This makes it easier to plan future financial decisions such as salary increases or new equipment purchases.
