DON'T WANT IT MORE, NEED MORE QUALITY CONTROL AND TIGHT TOLERANCES

My roommate and I bought these containers 3 times 1) I bought 30 of these cooking containers in 2019 and they were great. . The tops fit well, they were durable and everything folded well. I would give this 5 stars. 2) I also recommended it to a roommate who bought 20 in early 2020. That was great; nothing to complain about. Although they had different markings on the tops, they were fully compatible with the first ones. 3) I ordered a few more in May 2020 to top up my 30 I already had. However, they are *not the same* as ordered in (1) or (2). In particular, it has two major problems: A) The tops of the new bins do not fit the old bases, and the tops of the old bins do not fit the new bases. However, all panties look exactly the same and it is impossible to tell the difference without trying them on. And that's just a small difference, but it makes them completely useless together. Imagine the frustration of realizing they are incompatible only after first use and having to tediously test and separate 30 jars and lids from 40 jars and lids that look *exactly* the same. It is totally impossible to have both sets of containers in the same kitchen. But now that they have been opened and used, how can I get them back? If I had known they would be different from the product on the same listing I would have bought something else. B) Even ignoring the compatibility issue, the new ones (circa May 2020) are just made way more sloppily than the old ones. The lids also don't fit the containers (some are too big and you can see the obvious bend). If you try to stack the tops, they won't stack evenly either - the tabs will start to curl; This is a big problem when trying to store a bunch of these containers neatly. The old ones are just folded. See photos - new on the left, old on the right.
