takes some getting used to, but works amazing

the only real complaint is that the cook tray isn't big enough for those school lunch pizzas from totinos. and really that's the WORST that can be said about this thing. works great for toast, snacks, reheating pizza, bagels, you name it! it's easy to clean and works well in both toaster and oven modes, but most importantly, it looks really classy in my kitchen!
