Was very excited on this purchase. After 3 months, I am overall happy with it. Only complaint is that the crumb tray doesn’t come all the way out for ease of emptying. I have to unplug it and take it to the sink to dump and wipe it down. But I do love the fact that when someone wants their leftover pizza in the oven, I can put 2 slices in this and not use the oven. That’s great in the summer when it’s too hot to use the oven. Plus there is no preheating needed.

the only real complaint is that the cook tray isn't big enough for those school lunch pizzas from totinos. and really that's the WORST that can be said about this thing. works great for toast, snacks, reheating pizza, bagels, you name it! it's easy to clean and works well in both toaster and oven modes, but most importantly, it looks really classy in my kitchen!

Overall, it’s a good machine. Bigger than standard toasters so probably not ideal to be kept on the counter at all times.The toasting mechanism is good. My complaint would be width/depth of the slot when completely open. It’s so large that smaller or thinner items will fall into it, which makes it hard to pick up when some toasting and scorching hot. First off, let me say for all of those wondering - yes, you can easily fit 2 slices of bread side by side in the toaster slot. Most toasters with a bagel setting don't actually do a good job of toasting a bagel properly. Usually, the only thing a bagel button does is add more time while toasting both sides on full power, resulting in a bagel with an overly toasted outside (or an under toasted cut side). I am obsessed with this small appliance.The only thing I wish were better was the ability to pull the crumb tray all the way out to clean. We had some big hunks of English muffin in the bottom of the toaster and it took a lot of coaxing to get it out.The toaster oven feature isn’t always as easy to use as I had hoped, (sometimes I’m not sure if it’s actually on or the settings are just there and the instructions don’t explicitly state how to tel), but overall I love this appliance.

The drawer, for lack of a better term, for the oven use does not fit well and has gaps. It also does not close securely. The toaster is larger than needed and could easily fit a whole (not just half) bagel in the slot! I love most Ninja products, but this one seems to hit way below the mark. I opened it, looked it over, removed the packing, and immediately after seeing the way the oven drawer was so bad, re-packed it and sent it back.Bigger is not always better. I have recommended this product to so many people over the past year. Everyone has been looking for a toaster oven plus standard toaster that does not take up so much counter space. This product is the perfect solution as we do more toasting than oven stuff and it takes up very little counter space. So far I am happy with this toaster for basic functions. The controls are a little confusing and hard to read, and this model does not have the Reheat or Defrost buttons.

Works well. Toasts evenly on both sides on the bread. The oven/broiler is good for small snacks. Takes a bit of getting used to but there really is no problem with the usage. Might be best for singles.

Basically it's a really cool unique product. It's not as good as a regular toaster or a regular toaster oven but the best crossover for the money. The toaster oven works great for a slice of pizza and is not terrible for a sandwich. It's okay to use. It seems like toasters takes a little longer than regular toaster but otherwise good. When you turn it to side the same it takes a little longer but food comes out good so it's okay.

The only things I don’t love about this toaster is that you have to find a place to keep the tray(which kind of an awkward shape/size) when not using as a toaster oven and the crumb catcher doesn’t come out far enough to clean easily. Otherwise it’s a great toaster and very convenient little toaster oven, perfect cooking or heating a single portion quickly, without having to turn the big oven on. My kitchen is relatively small so this contraption is the only way I get to have a toaster oven.

I initially seen this on Ninjas website, and then i come to amazon to check the price. Well obviously purchased from here and was so anxious to use it when i got it. I love it! I like the face that if my son wants to pop some chicken tenders in the oven he doesnt have to use the big oven he can easily put them in here and the same job gets done. I havent used the toaster portion if it yet, but I will most certainly try to soon. Now i am tossing my toaster out the door and Hello to my new baby!

I love this toaster oven/toaster. Time saving, space saving, makes perfect little meals and snacks in no time. The oven is hot almost instantly and heats up sandwiches, bread, pizza, anything in no time. The 12 minute timer comes in handy too - works for most snacks.

So far I've liked the product. Convenient to toast with a timer and clear settings for a consistent product. Haven't had any issues thus far but like other customers have said, it's not in perfect condition. There are spots on the stainless that are sort of dinged in or not quite right. It's not a shipping thing because the box was perfect, they're just sending out products with minor defects because they don't affect performance I guess.
