Felt decent but with Fitbit Sense

Received my item today. While it felt like decent quality and was easy to put on, it fell a bit short of expectations. It was very loose and wobbly. The watch strap I was wearing was 20mm and it just didn't feel secure. It really felt like everything was falling apart. I'll be back, I'm a little disappointed.
