Don't get me wrong, this is a light control that can only be programmed over Wi-Fi. It might not be obvious at first glance, but connecting to Wi-Fi is the only way to program this thing. The reasons I gave this product 2 stars are as follows: - There is absolutely no instruction manual how to access the device and how to program it, in fact it's a big mistake. To learn how to use it, you need to watch a video on YouTube, which doesn't explain anything about setting up Moonlight anyway! - The Night/Moonlight schedule has been turned upside down! I've never seen such a mess to program a light that actually can't be scheduled past midnight. They just duplicated the settings from day to night without changing the settings name (sunrise to start moonlight, that's weird. really, yeah that's weird) and trying to set something up after midnight just works Not. Let's say you want to change the intensity of the moonlight between 11:30pm and 2:00am, you just get an error message, so it's not possible to just do that! Settings can be checked. I'm assuming the time is taken by the device you're connecting to, but once you've set your schedules the only way to verify what you've done is to wait and see. The "can" effect gets annoying after a while, like a repeating cycle does. not really simulating random clouds, I want to change the pattern and schedule of these clouds. On the other hand, I really appreciate the sunrise and sunset automatic, which was the main reason I bought this item to control the Fresh and Vegetable 2.0 LED Fluval.
