Review on 🍞 Stainless Steel Hamilton Beach 6-Slice Countertop Toaster Oven (31411) with Bake Pan by Daniela Wright

Have been using it for a few months now. Holds and evenly bakes a 12" pizza or 6 slices of toast. Pizza diameter 12 inches. Bakes, toasts and grills, but is NOT a deep fryer or convection oven. (What do you want for the price?) Three tiers for more versatility you'd expect from a small oven. Includes crumb and drip tray. The timer manual and mechanical - without digital reading. To interrupt the cooking process, you must reset the timer to zero or unplug the oven. Otherwise, the items will turn off when the timer expires. (Hence 4 stars) But the settings are very repeatable. A little experience and you won't find that a mechanical timer is much of a limitation. The timer's "Stay On" setting bypasses the timer, leaving items on indefinitely until you turn them off - perhaps for a larger piece of meat or a few quick toasts - while you watch! It heats up very quickly to any baking temperature in the range - in 3-4 minutes. The thermostat seemed very accurate based on our oven thermometer. It doesn't get very hot outside, but it's warm enough to cause burns, and you should leave a couple of inches on each side for air to circulate. Don't put anything on a running stove! In addition, it cools down very quickly, which is an advantage on hot summer days.
