UPDATE: Tojock actually read my review and contacted me to "make it right", explaining that sometimes a bad block comes out. They offered to send a new car and a 16GB stick as a gift. I replied to them saying that I was too ill to return the product, I thanked them for their attention and said no replacement was needed. They replied and said I don't need to return the damaged unit and they insisted on sending a replacement. It arrived five days later. They showed integrity and diligence. Such attention is rare in today's market. This company deserves your attention. I then learned that this is a division that will play from every region of the planet. If you've made the mistake of buying region two DVDs, which sometimes happens because one of the retailers isn't clear, then this DVD player is for you. For this reason I added two extra stars to my rating. My first review starts below: I have almost no words to express how dissatisfied I am with this Tojock DVD player. I didn't choose it because of its cheap price, but because it was "Revain's choice". So far, the little label on the top left has been very important to me. But never again. In addition, you will find that there are many positive reviews. I can only assume these reviews were written within 24 hours of installation. Either that, or they were written by relatives of the manufacturer. All DVD players wear out over time but I only bought this two weeks ago and I already find myself running forward on the discs because the laser has frozen. I'm sure it's not due to disc errors, it's primarily happened with a few discs, but more importantly, the discs I was trying to play were brand new. I shouldn't be surprised, considering that the device moans, grunts, and moans during gaming (or as in the case of non-gaming). I'd like to go into more detail, except that none of this matters; Right now I've been waiting for 23 minutes while the same image is frozen on my screen. And this is just one of many very disappointing episodes with the worst DVD player I've ever come across. Do not worry.
