Something seems wrong here. I wish I knew what; maybe i could fix it. SparkFun microSD Transflash Breakout works fine in my app (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06ZZHX5R2). They look like they would be even better with the addition of some resistors and capacitors which I was hoping would pull up the floating lines and capacitors to smooth out the performance. And they obviously cost less. But when they are installed, the SPI communication with the SD card only works sometimes, somehow, sometimes. It can work well with Arduino. I would like them to provide a data sheet.
