The ones I received weren't. You have 40 watts. They appear to be well made, but one of the five items in this set shows it is open on a continuity test. So only 4 out of 5 are usable. The resistance measurement ranged from 13.5 to 14.1 ohms. This calculates up to 40 watts at 24 volts. I see they updated the product description to show it's 40 watts, but some of the product descriptions below still list 50 watts. They need to be updated. My other big complaint is the smell. After opening the package, I could hardly bear how unpleasant these smells were. I ended up leaving them out in the sun for a day. This helped reduce the smell. So with all this work not on the performance I wanted or thought I was sent and because of the smell I can only give this 3 stars. I am sorry.
