I have ordered two printer cartridges. When I installed them, the first cartridges didn't work (although I followed all the instructions exactly), but the second ones worked fine. I immediately contacted the seller to see if they could help with an exchange/replacement for the non-working unit. They make me jump through all sorts of hoops just to replace a faulty cartridge (they send them photos, my printer model. Although I told them it works great so it's not a printer problem). However, they quickly contacted me and finally informed me that they would send another one, but it was very frustrating and time consuming. I don't think I would buy this product again just for the hassle of exchanging it if I happened to receive another defective one. I give this seller 3 stars because they sent me a replacement and got back to me quickly.
