Honestly, I plan on buying more than one of these. We have a lot of vigor and I had to try so hard with my old vigor. I have sore joints and it really hurt. Not only was it hard with the old one, but I got twists everywhere. I started using the whole plate to collect for my recipes. This thing actually completely changed my experience with sharpness. Its non-stick surface means I don't have to scrape the front. The peeler is the best invention. I would probably forgo toilet paper if I had the choice (with a bidet, of course). I tapped fairly firmly and had no problem placing the zest of two huge lemons with space. I haven't cracked the thing yet and I'm pretty rough with it. It's absolutely worth every penny if you tingle often.
